- Wrong location for your IP? We do not control geolocation data. Location comes from the IP geolocation provider, which in turn relies on registry and ISP data. Read how to correct your IP location.
- Want to know who owns a domain or IP? Use the WHOIS lookup and contact the abuse address it shows. We cannot identify the people behind IP addresses.
- Reporting abuse from an IP address? Contact the network's abuse team shown in WHOIS. We are not the owner of the addresses displayed on this site.

Help with a tool
- A file tool did not work? Tell us the tool, your browser and device, and the file type and approximate size. Files are processed in your browser and never uploaded, so we cannot see them; please do not attach confidential files.
- A result looks wrong? Send the page address and what you expected. For IP location, remember that geolocation is approximate by nature: see why IP locations differ.
- A Team Quiz or editor session problem? Include the game PIN or the session link so we can find it.

Yes. Send a privacy request with the details we need to find the data, such as a quiz PIN or the email address you used to contact us.
Do you offer an API?
Yes, a free IP API with plain-text and JSON endpoints and no key. See the API documentation. Contact us if the standard rate limits are too low for your use case.
